Key Responsibilities For The Mediclinic Technical Learnership Program
Provide technical support for medical equipment within the hospital under supervision
Assist with performing technical tasks and maintenance jobs related to medical devices and hospital equipment
Learn to identify and control risks associated with technical operations in a hospital setting
Support the coordination and management of work performed by on-site contractors
Assist with office administration duties in the Technical Department
Develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships and provide high-quality client service within the department
Required Education:
National Diploma in Electrical Engineering (Light Current) or Clinical Engineering
Required Experience:
No prior experience is required; this is an entry-level role designed for trainees.
Required Job Skills and Knowledge:
Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under supervision
