• Draft and edit internal and external communication materials.

• Assist with media relations, stakeholder engagement, and event coordination.

• Manage administrative tasks and ensure timely project execution.

• Collaborate with different departments to enhance brand visibility.

Requirements For The Barberton Mines 2025 Learnerships

• South African Citizenship (essential)

• BA Degree in Public Relations, Communications, or Media Studies (SAQA-recognized)

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to speak SiSwati

• Strong multitasking skills and ability to work well under pressure

• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook

• Minimum 60% pass rate in final year subjects (no subject failures)

• Valid Barberton Mines Medical Fitness Certificate (to be obtained within 21 days of offer acceptance)

• Clean criminal record

• Driver’s license (advantageous)
