About the Learnership Opportunity
Siemens Mobility is inviting recent matriculants and young South Africans to apply for the Commercial Advancement Training Scheme (CATS) — an 18-month learnership program designed to equip participants with practical workplace experience and a recognized business qualification in Office Administration (NQF Level 5).

Key Responsibilities For The Siemens 2025 Apprentice- Apply now
During the learnership, participants will:
- 
Perform standardised administrative and financial support tasks under supervision. 
- 
Assist with data management, document control, and financial reporting. 
- 
Support various departments and projects across Siemens offices and project sites. 
- 
Participate in practical learning, workshops, and mentoring sessions led by experienced professionals. 
- 
Demonstrate commitment to continuous learning and self-development. 
Minimum Requirements
To qualify for this opportunity, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- 
Grade 12 / Matric with Pure Mathematics and Accounting, minimum 65% aggregate in both subjects. 
- 
Computer literate (Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook essential). 
- 
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills. 
- 
Demonstrated honesty, integrity, and accountability. 
- 
Willingness to study part-time toward the ICB Office Administration NQF Level 5 qualification. 
- 
Must be able to travel to and from Northriding, Johannesburg, and surrounding Siemens project sites. 
- 
A genuine interest in Accounting, Business Administration, and Finance.
