Minimum Requirements – Who Should Apply?
Requirements:
Education: Completed National Senior Certificate (Matric) or an equivalent qualification.
Qualification: Completed an NQF Level 5 IT Qualification (e.g., Information Technology, Business Analysis, or Project Management).
Age Requirement: Applicants must be under 35 years old.
South African Citizenship is required.
Core Responsibilities During the Learnership:
Participants in the Kaelo IT and Project Management Learnership Programme will:
Actively participate in all theoretical and practical training modules.
Complete and submit all assessments and assignments required for the learnership.
Engage in workplace readiness activities, such as soft skills training, professional development exercises, and job shadowing.
Collaborate with Kaelo project teams to support real-world projects in business analysis, systems development, and project management.
Gain hands-on experience with Kaelo’s technology platforms and project management tools.
