Applicants are invited to apply for the Engineering Learnership Programme – Welder
Valterra Platinum is inviting motivated and ambitious individuals to apply for its Engineering Learnership Programme (18.2 – Unemployed). This programme is designed to help individuals develop technical skills while gaining valuable workplace experience in the mining and engineering sector.
This opportunity allows candidates to combine structured theoretical training with practical workplace exposure, enabling them to build the knowledge and skills required to become qualified artisans. Participants will gain hands-on experience while working alongside experienced professionals in a dynamic industrial environment.
The learnership will be hosted at the Rustenburg Process operations located in Rustenburg.
If you are eager to learn, enjoy working with tools and machinery, and want to build a career in engineering, this programme could be the ideal starting point.
