Requirements for Metropolitan 2025 Learnership Program
- Matric/NQF 4 with 40% in Mathematics/Mathematical Literacy and English
- Proficiency in computer systems and digital tools
Skills:
- Strong communication, customer service, time management, data entry, and computer skills
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Participate in classroom training and hands-on experience with financial products and services
- Maintain logbooks, compile portfolios for SETA submission, and complete assessments
- Deliver excellent client service by managing queries, building relationships, and improving turnaround times
- Support team innovation, productivity, and continuous learning
- Drive cost-effective solutions and ensure policy compliance
