Job Purpose
The Mineral Processing Learnership Program is designed to provide individuals with the technical skills and industry knowledge required for a career in mineral processing. Successful candidates will receive hands-on training in the Processing Department, gaining valuable work experience while completing SETA-accredited qualifications in essential mineral processing skills. This program aims to develop a pipeline of skilled professionals in the mining industry and offers a structured approach to learning through practical exposure and theoretical coursework.
Candidates will be trained in the following MQA-accredited skills programs:
Ore Reception
Ore Crushing
Scrubbing and Screening
Minimum Requirements
Education:
Grade 10/ABET Level 4 qualification
Location:
Applicants must be residents of the JTG District Municipality or Joe Morolong Local Municipality

Basic technical knowledge relevant to mineral processing
Effective communication skills
Report-writing abilities
Other Requirements:
Must be disciplined, responsible, and dependable
Should demonstrate a positive attitude and maintain high ethical standards
