Education: Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent NQF Level 4 qualification.
Experience: Proven experience in maintenance, electrical repairs, and civil tasks in a production or industrial setting.
Technical Skills: Understanding and application of job-related concepts, techniques, and processes at the required level.
Work Environment: Ability to work in extreme conditions and adapt to a fast-paced production environment.
Language Skills: Fluent in Business English for effective communication with team members and senior management.

Duties & Responsibilities
As a Handyman, you will be responsible for:
Maintenance & Repairs
Performing elementary maintenance and repair tasks to ensure smooth plant operations.
Receiving job cards and executing scheduled maintenance work.
Collecting necessary parts and tools from the maintenance store.
Carrying out basic electrical work and civil repairs such as bricklaying, plastering, tiling, and plumbing.
Completing job cards and documenting maintenance activities.
Ensuring Workplace Safety
Following safety requirements and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Demarcating work areas and setting up safety barriers when required.
Identifying and reporting potential hazards in the work environment.
