Thabang Maimela’s Tip
If you’re serious about becoming an artisan, opportunities like this should be at the top of your application list. Epiroc operates in an industry where technical skills are highly valued, and the exposure you gain can significantly accelerate your career development.
What stands out about this programme is the variety of trades available. Whether you’re interested in Millwright, Fitting, Machining, or Toolmaking, you’re entering fields that remain essential to mining, manufacturing, and industrial operations.
My advice is simple: don’t apply for every trade. Choose the one that genuinely interests you and aligns with your strengths. Passion for the trade often becomes the difference between simply completing an apprenticeship and building a successful long-term career.
