Minimum Requirements For The ALPLA Apprenticeship Programme 2026

• Grade 12 / Matric with:

  • Mathematics ≥ 50% (Maths Literacy not accepted)

  • Physical Science ≥ 50%

• N2–N3 Engineering studies (Mechanical or Electrical trade theory)

• NCV Level 2–4 in related engineering studies at a TVET college

• N3 and above will be an advantage

• Applicants must submit a CV with qualifications or statement of results

2. Mechatronics Technician Apprentice (x2)

Main Purpose

The Mechatronics Apprenticeship Programme (4.5 years) provides training and mentorship in mechanical, electrical, and automation disciplines. Successful candidates will work alongside industry experts to become qualified Mechatronics Technicians at our Lanseria site.
