Minimum Requirements For The Kopanang Gold Mine Artisan Learnership 2025

To be considered for the Kopanang Gold Mine Learnership Programme 2025, applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Preference will be given to candidates between 18 and 35 years old.

• Must be a South African Citizen.

• Provide proof of residence (water and lights account or signed affidavit).

• Hold a minimum N2 qualification or Technical Grade 12 Certificate with:

  • Mathematics

  • Science

  • Relevant trade theory

  • Engineering drawing (for the specific learnership/trade)

• Medically fit for underground work.

• Must pass security screening.

Learners enrolled in this programme will receive a monthly stipend for the duration of the learnership.

Who Can Apply?

• Unemployed South African youth.

• Candidates who have not previously participated in these learnership programmes.

• Individuals eager to gain career development opportunities in the mining sector.
