Minimum Requirements

Unemployed applicants only.

Not enrolled in any institution or Learnership Programme.

Must not have completed a post-matric qualification.

Matric (Grade 12) with Mathematics Literacy and English (min Level 4).

SAQA / NLRD verification report must be attached.

South African citizen with a valid ID.

Aged 18–35 (NSDSIII compliance).

For PWDS:

Deaf or hard-of-hearing applicants must provide their own interpreters.

Primary Duties
-
Develop and maintain operational procurement schedules.

Manage supplier relationships and contracts.

Monitor and measure procurement performance.
During Learnership Programme:

Attend classes and participate in discussions.

Complete assignments, projects, and assessments.

Maintain a practical logbook.
Knowledge / Skills / Attitude

Knowledge: Rand Water mandate and contribution to the water sector.

Skills: Communication (verbal and written).

Attitude: Self-motivated, results-driven.
