Minimum Requirements:
Qualification(s):

Grade 12 with Technical Subjects, Mathematics, and Science (essential)

Mechanical Trade Test Certificate (advantageous but not required)

Willingness to pursue further education or self-study, preferably aiming to obtain S4 or related qualifications
Experience:

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the engineering industry or a similar technical environment
Skills and Competencies:

Basic computer literacy (MS Office, Email, Data Entry)

Keen interest and enthusiasm for Condition Monitoring (CM) techniques

Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking

Capability to use diagnostic and monitoring tools (an advantage)
Knowledge:

Willingness to learn through structured training and self-study on condition monitoring

Understanding of basic engineering principles and maintenance practices

Key Responsibilities:

Support SHEQ (Safety, Health, Environment & Quality) initiatives in line with company policy

Assist senior technicians and engineers with routine inspections and monitoring

Collect and record data from machinery and equipment for analysis

Help maintain the reliability of mechanical systems through proactive condition monitoring
