AVBOB, in proud partnership with INSETA (Insurance Sector Education and Training Authority), invites ambitious and passionate individuals to apply for our 12-month Long-Term Insurance Learnership Programme. This opportunity is designed to equip unemployed youth with both theoretical knowledge and practical workplace experience in the insurance industry.
The learnership integrates classroom-based learning delivered by accredited providers and structured on-the-job training, culminating in an NQF Level 4 Qualification in Long-Term Insurance. Upon successful completion, learners will hold a SAQA-recognized qualification, enhancing their employability in the highly competitive financial services sector.
Minimum Requirements For The AVBOB & INSETA Learnership Programme
To qualify for this opportunity, candidates must meet the following criteria:

Must be a South African citizen aged between 18 and 35 years

Must have completed Grade 12 (Matric) with English and Maths, Maths Literacy, or Accounting

Must not be currently registered for any other learnership, internship, or formal studies

Willing to be based at our Head Office in Centurion

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Basic computer literacy – MS Office, email, internet is an advantage

Able to work independently, take initiative, and follow instructions

Must provide a valid medical certificate confirming disability (if applicable)

Preference will be given to candidates from previously disadvantaged backgrounds, in line with our Employment Equity Plan
