Minimum Requirements

South African citizen between the ages of 18–35

Completed Matric / Grade 12

Mathematical Literacy and Computer Application Technology are advantageous

Currently unemployed and not enrolled in another learnership

Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking)

Computer literate (MS Excel skills are a plus)

Must meet criteria for classroom-based training and workplace assessments

What You’ll Be Doing
During the learnership, participants will:

Attend and successfully complete all training sessions, workshops, and assessments

Gain hands-on experience in the Field Service or Administration Department

Assist team members with daily operations and support tasks

Maintain records of tasks completed and track progress throughout the programme

Adhere to all company policies and learnership guidelines
