Clover is excited to offer a Graduate Development Programme designed to develop a pipeline of high-potential graduates who aspire to become specialists or future leaders within our Industrial Business Units. This structured programme provides a comprehensive learning experience, combining mentorship, training, and hands-on project exposure to prepare graduates for long-term success in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry.
Minimum Requirements for the Clover 2025 Engineering Learnership Program
We are looking for recent graduates with an Honours degree in one of the following fields:
Food Science & Chemistry
BSc Hons in Food Science (Microbiology/Biochemistry)
BSc Hons in Food Chemistry
Engineering Disciplines
BEng Hons in Mechanical Engineering
BEng Hons in Chemical Engineering
BEng Hons in Electrical Engineering
BEng Hons in Mechatronics Engineering

Programme Structure & Responsibilities
The Graduate Development Programme runs for 18 months, during which participants will:
Rotate through different departments and projects to gain a holistic understanding of the business.

Receive mentorship and coaching from experienced industry professionals.
Develop technical expertise and leadership capabilities tailored to the FMCG sector.
