Coca-Cola Beverages South Africa (CCBSA) is offering a unique opportunity for people living with disabilities to gain practical experience while studying towards a National Certificate in Business Administration Services (NQF Level 3). This programme is an important part of our commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion within the workplace.
Purpose of the Learnership
This 12-month learnership programme blends formal training with structured, on-the-job learning. Candidates will be exposed to core business administrative functions within the HR department and will be supported through coaching and mentorship.
Key Duties & Responsibilities

Successfully complete all academic modules of the Business Administration Learnership

Provide general administrative support to the HR team
-
Assist during high-demand business periods, such as holidays and staff absences

Maintain accurate records and perform data entry duties

Learn and apply company procedures and HR systems

Engage in scheduled classroom training and workplace learning sessions
Minimum Requirements
-
Grade 12 (Matric) with at least 40% in English and Maths or Maths Literacy

Must be unemployed and between the ages of 18 and 34

Must be a South African citizen

A valid medical record confirming the nature of your disability

Must not be enrolled in any formal full-time studies or have completed an NQF 3 Business Administrationlearnership previously

Willing to commit to the full 12-month programme, including weekday and weekend classes

Clean criminal and credit record
