What You’ll Do:
Analyze and troubleshoot data discrepancies to ensure platform reliability.
Develop SQL queries to analyze large datasets and extract insights.
Build and maintain Looker dashboards and automated reporting solutions.
Connect multiple data sources to create scalable, data-driven insights.
Investigate technical issues and recommend solutions for internal teams.
Ensure data integrity by validating and cross-checking datasets.
Collaborate with Customer Solutions, Onboarding, and Customer Success teams on reporting needs.
Work on data analytics projects to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.
Gain experience with APIs and data processing tools to support integrations.
Take ownership of technical troubleshooting, issue resolution, and documentation.
What You Need:
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
Strong SQL skills for querying, analyzing, and optimizing datasets.
Experience with Looker, Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools.
Ability to integrate and analyze data from multiple sources.
Familiarity with APIs and their role in data integrations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
