Minimum Requirements for Eskom Mechanical Engineering Learnership
Qualification:
Matric (Grade 12)
Completed S4/National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Experience:
No prior work experience required
Skills and Competencies
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
Strong leadership skills
Ability to handle problem-solving and conflict resolution effectively
Valid Code B driver’s license
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work well under pressure
Honest, reliable, and adaptable to change
Self-motivated and able to take initiative
