Key Responsibilities for the Glencore Coal Learnership Program

Engage in a structured program under a fixed-term contract for the duration of your Work Integrated Learning.

Assist with various administrative tasks within the company as required by the tertiary institution guidelines.

Gain exposure to day-to-day operations and processes in the Business Administration department, learning how administrative work supports company functions.

Contribute to administrative support in areas like documentation management, filing systems, reporting, and data entry.

Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for this Work Integrated Learning Program, you must meet the following minimum requirements:

Grade 12 (Matric) with a strong academic record.

Currently studying towards a National Diploma in Business Administration.

Outstanding academic performance – candidates with a proven track record of academic excellence will be preferred.

Preference will be given to applicants residing in the local communities where Glencore Coal Operations South Africa are located, specifically in the Nkangala District of the Mpumalanga province. Proof of residence is required to be submitted with your application.
