 What You’ll Be Doing

As part of the Flender Technical Introduction Programme, your key responsibilities will include:

• Participating in a structured technical training programme tailored for future engineers and managers.

• Gaining a broad spectrum of practical work experience in mechanical fitting and engineering operations.

 Minimum Requirements For The 2 Mechanical Fitter and Turner Apprentice

To qualify for this exciting opportunity, applicants must meet the following:

• N4 or N5 qualification in Mechanical Engineering (Essential)

• Basic knowledge and practical experience in:

  • Mechanical fitting

  • Engineering procedures, tools, and technical work routines

  • Acquired through a structured 2-year vocational training or equivalent

• Ability to communicate fluently in English, both written and verbal

• Strong eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow within a dynamic technical environment

• A positive attitude and commitment to self-development
