Are you passionate about manufacturing, operations, or production processes? Our client is offering an exciting Production Technology Learnership (NQF Level 2) designed to help individuals gain hands-on experience in a real-world production environment while earning a nationally recognised qualification.

This structured 12-month programme combines theoretical training with practical, on-the-job experience, preparing learners for a career in manufacturing, logistics, or technical fields.


Key Learning Areas

During the learnership, you will gain valuable knowledge and skills, including:

  • Understanding Production Systems – Learn how manufacturing and assembly lines operate.

Requirements For The Afrika Tikkun Services 2026 Learnership

To apply for this learnership, you must meet the following criteria:

  • South African citizen aged 18–34 years.

  • Grade 12 (Matric) with at least 50% in Mathematics and 50% in English.

  • Basic numeracy and communication skills.

  • Unemployed and not studying full-time.

  • Have not previously completed a Production Technology Learnership (NQF Level 2).

  • Willing and able to commit to the full 12-month programme.

  • Reside within 5–10 km of Gqeberha.
