Opportunity Overview

We are offering a Boilermaker Learnership (18.2) at our Eikenhof Quarry site. The successful applicant will sign a Learnership Agreement registered with the Mining Qualifications Authority (MQA) and receive structured training toward a Boilermaker qualification.

Minimum Entry Requirements For The AfriSam 2025 Engineering Learnership

Applicants must be unemployed youth who are technically inclined and meet one of the following criteria:

• Grade 12 (Matric) with pure Mathematics, Physical Science, and English – all passed

• N2 Certificate with four relevant subjects: Mathematics, Engineering Science, and two applicable trade theory subjects

• NCV Level 4 Certificate with seven subjects relevant to Engineering

• Technical Grade 11 with Mathematics, Science, English, and related trade theory

• N6 Certificate or National Technical Diploma (T-, N-, or S-stream) in relevant trade theory subjects

• Valid driver’s license is advantageous
