 Minimum Entry Requirements For The Apprentice Program At Vision Elevators

To qualify, applicants must meet the following criteria:

• A background in mechanical or electrical engineering

• Completed N5 and N6 or currently completing P1 & P2

• Strong understanding of mathematics (minimum requirement)

• Aged 23 or younger

• Highly self-motivated and capable of working in a team

• Strong attention to detail

• Commitment to continuous learning and development

 Technical & Behavioural Competencies:

• Ability to analyze and interpret technical information

• Eagerness to align with and support Vision Elevators’ mission and values

• Clear communication and willingness to provide feedback on training assessments

• Strong problem-solving mindset and a drive for excellence

 Application Process – What to Expect:

1. Initial Shortlisting – Based on qualifications and background

2. Technical Aptitude Test – 2-hour written test to assess mechanical/electrical fundamentals

3. First Round Interview – Conducted by HR and Head of Department (HOD)

4. Final Interview – Panel interview with senior team members

5. Offer and Onboarding – Two successful candidates will be selected
