Thuto Training, in partnership with industry stakeholders, is offering an exciting opportunity for young, motivated, and ambitious individuals to take part in our structured Apprenticeship Learning Programme. This initiative aims to equip learners with the technical skills, workplace knowledge, and practical competencies required to become qualified artisans within their chosen trades.

We are currently recruiting apprentices in the following fields:

• Electrician

• Welder

• Boilermaker

Successful applicants will benefit from a combination of theoretical classroom-based training and hands-on experiential learning under the supervision of qualified mentors and experienced artisans. This programme not only provides the technical foundation for your trade but also prepares you for long-term employability and career growth within the engineering and manufacturing sectors.
