Minimum Requirements For The Automotive Apprentice Programme at Ford

To qualify, candidates must have:

• Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate

• Mathematics and Physical Science as subjects (compulsory)

• An Automotive Technology subject is highly advantageous

• Strong technical aptitude and enthusiasm for motor vehicles

• A positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn and grow

• Ability to follow instructions, work under pressure, and meet deadlines

• Good verbal communication skills (training predominantly in English)
