 Minimum Requirements For The Automotive Apprenticeship Opportunity | Volvo

To be eligible for this opportunity, applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Grade 12 (Matric) with Mathematics and Physical Science

• Automotive-related subjects will be an advantage

• A strong interest in motor vehicles and mechanics

• Must be young, energetic, and willing to learn

• Technical aptitude and problem-solving mindset

• Excellent time management and the ability to work under pressure

• Good verbal communication skills (Training will be conducted primarily in English)

 Key Duties and Responsibilities

As an apprentice, you will work alongside experienced vehicle technicians to learn the trade through hands-on training:

• Assist qualified technicians with the servicing and repair of vehicles

• Learn how to accurately clock job times and maintain productivity

• Understand repair order instructions and follow them accurately

• Learn to plan jobs efficiently and identify required parts

• Attend and complete all prescribed technical and on-the-job training
