 Minimum Requirements For The Bell Equipment 2026 Apprentice Program 

Applicants must meet at least ONE of the following academic qualifications:

 Option 1:

• Grade 12 with the following subjects:

  • Mathematics (Core)

  • Physical Science

  • Engineering Graphics & Design (EGD)

  • Mechanical Technology

 Option 2:

• N2 Certificate with four relevant subjects:

  • Mathematics

  • Engineering Science

  • Diesel or Motor Trade Theory

  • Engineering Drawing or Industrial Electronics

 Option 3:

• NCV Level 4 in Engineering Related Design (ERD) with seven subjects in Automotive

 Additional Requirements

• Must pass a Technical Assessment, including Numeracy & Literacy Tests.

• Be in good physical health and willing to undergo a medical fitness evaluation.

• Possess a valid Code EB (08) driver’s license.

• Reside within a 50 km radius of the Bell Customer Service Centre.

 Added Advantages (Not Mandatory)

• Prior working experience in the engineering or mechanical industry.

• Completion of basic hand skills training.

• In possession of a valid passport for potential international opportunities.
