Minimum Requirements For Citi Group South Africa Learnership 2026

Applicants must meet the following criteria:

Undergraduate degree with a minimum GPA of 65% and above, OR
Master’s degree in any discipline
Maximum of 1 year work experience (not mandatory)
Strong academic performance
