Minimum Requirements For the Clover Artisan Apprenticeship Programme

Qualifications that make you a great fit:

• Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate (NQF Level 4) with Electrical or Mechanical Engineering subjects

• Minimum of 60% in Physical Science

• Minimum of 60% in Mathematics (not Mathematical Literacy)

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

• Reliable, disciplined, and eager to learn new technologies

• Previous practical experience in a production or maintenance environment will be an added advantage

 Your Apprenticeship Journey

• Complete both theoretical and practical training in accordance with programme requirements

• Study and understand the relevant learning outcomes and technical modules

• Attend and complete studies/courses at an accredited training institution

• Gain hands-on experience at a manufacturing plant during your study period

• Complete modules in Maintenance Theory & Practice, Dairy Technology, Productivity, and Economy

• Undergo practical training and complete your Millwright Trade Test at a designated Training Centre

• Receive ongoing mentorship, skills development, and a monthly stipend while you learn
