Minimum Requirements For the Clover Artisan Apprenticeship Programme
Qualifications that make you a great fit:

Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate (NQF Level 4) with Electrical or Mechanical Engineering subjects

Minimum of 60% in Physical Science

Minimum of 60% in Mathematics (not Mathematical Literacy)

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Reliable, disciplined, and eager to learn new technologies

Previous practical experience in a production or maintenance environment will be an added advantage
 Your Apprenticeship Journey

Complete both theoretical and practical training in accordance with programme requirements

Study and understand the relevant learning outcomes and technical modules

Attend and complete studies/courses at an accredited training institution

Gain hands-on experience at a manufacturing plant during your study period

Complete modules in Maintenance Theory & Practice, Dairy Technology, Productivity, and Economy

Undergo practical training and complete your Millwright Trade Test at a designated Training Centre

Receive ongoing mentorship, skills development, and a monthly stipend while you learn
