DHL Global Forwarding, Freight (DGFF), the air, ocean, and road freight specialist of the DHL Group, is offering unemployed youth an exciting chance to participate in our Learnership Programme for the 2024/2025 intake.
This 12-month Clearing and Forwarding Agent Learnership (NQF Level 5) will provide you with both theoretical knowledge in freight forwarding and valuable practical workplace experience, helping you enhance your employability in the logistics and supply chain industry.
What You Will Do in This Learner Role:

Assist in delivering import/export processes and activities to ensure optimized service and performance.

Handle documentation tasks such as receiving, reconciling, consolidating, and summarizing information.

Support and maintain operational systems according to given instructions.

Perform back-office duties (e.g., scanning, filing, and reporting).

Follow defined processes and systems for effective task delivery.

Communicate with colleagues and address task-related issues professionally.
Minimum Requirements For The DHL Learnership Programme 2026

Grade 12/Matric with at least 65% in English.

Age: 18 to 30 years.

Must be a South African citizen.

Unemployed and not studying full-time.

Basic computer literacy (MS Office) will be advantageous.

Must meet the Employment Equity Policy criteria.
