During the learnership, candidates will be expected to carry out a range of operational duties that contribute to the smooth running of the business.

To qualify for the DHL YES 4 Youth Learnership Programme, applicants must meet the following criteria.
Candidates must have a Matric certificate with English and Mathematics or Mathematical Literacy. This is a minimum educational requirement for participation in the programme.
Applicants must be South African citizens and fall within the BBBEE criteria, as this programme is specifically aimed at supporting employment equity and youth development.
You must be unemployed and between the ages of 18 and 29. This learnership is designed specifically for young individuals who are currently not employed and are seeking work experience.
While not mandatory, having a valid Code 08 driver’s licence will be considered an advantage. Additionally, a valid Forklift or Reach Truck licence will also be beneficial for candidates applying for this role.
