As a Learner, you will be exposed to a wide range of business operations, including research, administration, process optimization, and project-based work that directly contributes to the company’s success. In addition to completing your formal studies, you will receive on-the-job training and mentoring to build your career foundation.


 Key Responsibilities For the FNB Learnership Programme for 2025

  • Assist with research, administrative tasks, process improvements, and project work.

  • Contribute to enhanced operational efficiency by following updated processes and procedures.

  • Identify and escalate potential cost-related risks and ensure cost-conscious work practices.

  • Resolve customer complaints, ensuring excellent service aligned with Treating Customers Fairly (TCF)principles.

  • Maintain accurate and timely reporting and documentation.

  • Support business goals by collaborating with team members, sharing insights and knowledge.

  • Actively contribute to the development of internal systems and processes.

  • Foster a culture of continuous personal development and professional excellence.


 Minimum Requirements

  • Currently registered for a recognized qualification (e.g. NQF 4–6).

  • Strong communication skills – written and verbal.

  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.

  • Customer-centric attitude.

  • South African citizen.

  • A passion for learning and growth.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
