Key Responsibilities For the FNB Learnership Programme for 2025

Assist with research, administrative tasks, process improvements, and project work.

Contribute to enhanced operational efficiency by following updated processes and procedures.

Identify and escalate potential cost-related risks and ensure cost-conscious work practices.

Resolve customer complaints, ensuring excellent service aligned with Treating Customers Fairly (TCF)principles.

Maintain accurate and timely reporting and documentation.

Support business goals by collaborating with team members, sharing insights and knowledge.

Actively contribute to the development of internal systems and processes.

Foster a culture of continuous personal development and professional excellence.
Minimum Requirements

Currently registered for a recognized qualification (e.g. NQF 4–6).

Strong communication skills – written and verbal.
