Job Overview
We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Electrician or Millwright to join our Farms Division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing electrical maintenance, attending to equipment breakdowns, and contributing to ongoing projects across our farming operations.  Key Responsibilities

Execute routine and preventative electrical maintenance to ensure equipment uptime across the Farms division.

Respond to electrical and mechanical breakdowns efficiently and safely to minimise production downtime.

Participate in project work, upgrades, and installation of new electrical systems.

Maintain clear documentation of maintenance and repair tasks.
-
Ensure adherence to health, safety, and compliance regulations.

Provide support during weekends, public holidays, and participate in standby schedules.

Assist in promoting and applying 20 Keys principles for continuous improvement.
 Minimum Requirements

N3 qualification in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.

Recognised trade certificate (Electrician or Millwright).

3 to 5 years of practical experience as an Artisan in an industrial or farming environment.

Proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Poultry farm maintenance experience is a distinct advantage.

Must be willing to work weekends, public holidays, and standby duty as needed.

A valid driver’s licence is essential.

Passion for implementing continuous improvement tools such as the 20 Keys methodology.
