Key Responsibilities For The Hilti 2026 Engineering Intern

As part of our Sales & Engineering team, you will play a vital role in supporting internal and external stakeholders by:

• Responding to inquiries received via the engineering support platform.

• Proactively tracking projects on designated platforms and identifying leads.

• Loading and maintaining project leads on the CRM system.

• Assisting with quote generation and reporting using Profis Engineering software.

• Providing customer support for software-related queries.

• Supporting the engineering team with design queries (anchor designs, fire protection, post-installed rebar).

• Ensuring data quality and accuracy for all project-related information.

• Preparing construction project reports and tracking project progress.

What You Need

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or Construction Management.

• At least 1 year of postgraduate experience in the construction industry (design office or site-based).

• A solid understanding of the construction industry, including design and build processes, as well as technical disciplines relevant to Hilti products and applications.

• Ability to analyze construction trends and provide insights to engineering and sales teams.

• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• A high-performance mindset, strong work ethic, and commitment to continuous growth.

• Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills, with a foundation of strong ethical values.
