In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the grain sampling process and ensuring accurate and compliant grading of incoming and outgoing grain. Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate or NQF Level 4 qualification

• Experience in the agriculture industry is a strong advantage

• Must complete all relevant grain grading certifications through in-service training

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong general computer literacy

• Strong administrative skills and attention to detail

• Must have a clear criminal record

• Traceable references are mandatory

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Grade grain in strict compliance with industry and statutory standards

• Handle all grain samples with accuracy and maintain proper documentation

• Manage logistics and coordinate incoming and outgoing grain movement

• Maintain administrative records and perform job-related reporting

• Help resolve any grading-related disputes in a professional manner

• Complete all compulsory grain grading training courses
