 Key Responsibilities For The Maersk Learnership Programme 2025/2026 

As a Learnership participant, you will:

• Provide administrative and operational support across departments.

• Participate in on-the-job training aligned to your learning plan.

• Learn from industry experts and engage in cross-functional teamwork.

• Gain exposure to international logistics systems and customer management tools.

• Contribute to a high-performing, collaborative, and agile workplace environment.

 Minimum Requirements

To qualify for this opportunity, candidates must meet the following:

• South African citizen

• Completed Grade 12 / Matric certificate

• Aged between 18 and 30 years

• Not currently employed or in permanent employment

• Not enrolled in another learnership or YES programme

• No more than 2 years’ work experience

• Able to commit to the full 12-month programme

• Strong academic record

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital tools

• Excellent communication skills – written and verbal

• A quick learner with good time management and teamwork abilities

• A positive, growth-oriented attitude

Bonus:

• Tertiary qualifications (Diplomas/Degrees) in Logistics, Commerce, Business, or related fields are advantageous
