Throughout the programme, learners will work closely with experienced Artisans and Engineering Supervisors who will provide guidance, mentorship, and technical support. This ensures that each participant develops the necessary competencies to progress toward becoming a qualified artisan.
The programme also focuses on workplace readiness, discipline, teamwork, and adherence to safety standards, which are all critical in the mining and engineering industries.
