 Minimum Requirements For The Moltech 2026 Engineering Learnerships

• Grade 12 or N2 Certificate in a relevant technical field

• Good communication skills, both verbal and written

• Ability to perform under pressure

• Strong interpersonal and teamwork capabilities

• Must be a South African citizen

 Preferred Skills & Competencies:

• Leadership and management abilities

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively

• A proactive and responsible attitude towards safety and quality
