 What You Will Learn and Do

As a learnership participant, you will:

• Rotate through various departments within the client’s manufacturing business

• Develop practical administrative and sales skills through structured training

• Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks and customer interactions

• Gain exposure to real business operations in a professional environment

• Participate in workshops, mentoring, and on-the-job learning

• Complete assessments and projects as part of the formal learnership curriculum

 Minimum Requirements For The PMI 2025 Learnership Programme

To qualify, you must:

• Have a Grade 12 / Matric Certificate

• Hold a completed Electrical Engineering qualification: Degree, Diploma, or N3–N6 Certificate

• Be currently unemployed and not enrolled in any other learnership

• Possess basic computer literacy and strong communication skills

• Be a South African citizen

• Have valid proof of disability from a certified medical specialist
