 Minimum Requirements For The Rola Group 2026 Apprentice Programme 

To be considered for this apprenticeship, applicants must have:

• Grade 12 (Matric) with:

  • Mathematics

  • Physical Science

• Automotive Technology subject (advantageous but not essential)

• Strong technical aptitude and a passion for cars

• Good verbal communication skills (training is primarily in English)

• Strong time management and willingness to work under pressure

• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn

• Must be young, vibrant, and teachable

 Key Responsibilities

As an apprentice, you will:

• Assist qualified technicians with vehicle servicing and repairs

• Learn how to clock accurate time records on job cards

• Understand Repair Order Instructions before starting each task

• Learn to plan and identify parts needed for a job

• Attend and complete all prescribed technical training
