 Minimum Requirements For The Safripol Engineering Experiential Learnership 2025

Matric (Grade 12) and BTech/BEng/BSc in Chemical Engineering (required)

Exposure to chemical operations, process engineering, or manufacturing environment (advantageous)

Strong communication skills and ability to work with employees at all levels

Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced industrial environment
 Key Duties & Responsibilities
As a Chemical Engineering Learner, you will:

Undergo structured on-the-job training within the chemical plant

Rotate across departments to gain comprehensive industry exposure

Support the Technical Operations team through projects, studies, and simulations

Collaborate with process engineers to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant plant operations

Conduct process investigations and implement improvement projects
