Key Responsibilities For The Samancor Electrician Learnership Program

Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality (SHEQ)

• Comply with all SHEQ policies, procedures, and regulations to maintain a safe and compliant workplace.

Business Processes

• Perform functions as outlined in the approved learning programme.

• Participate fully in both theoretical and practical learning components.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience

• Grade 12 with the following subjects (minimum 40% in each):

  • Pure Mathematics

  • Physical Science

  • Technical Drawing

  • Relevant Trade Theory
    OR

• N2 Engineering with four (4) relevant trade-related subjects.

• Must be able to obtain a valid Medical Fitness Certificate.
