Key Responsibilities For The Standard Bank 2026 Learnership Program 

  • Gain understanding of the full banking Voice Branch value chain

  • Build effective communication and service delivery skills

  • Analyse and process client information accurately

  • Respond to and resolve customer enquiries professionally

  • Understand and apply financial and regulatory principles

  • Maintain high service standards in written and verbal communication (email and phone)

  • Adhere to telephone and email etiquette protocols

  • Foster positive relationships with internal teams and clients


Minimum Requirements

  • South African citizen

  • Age: Between 18 and 30

  • Education: Completed undergraduate qualification (any discipline)

  • Language: Proficient in English (spoken, read, and written)

  • Computer literate

  • Work experience: Not more than 6 months

  • Not currently employed, studying, or registered on another internship/learnership programme
