Are you a young South African looking to launch your career in the technical and manufacturing industries?
This structured Learnership Programme offers practical skills development and theoretical training across multiple technical disciplines. Successful candidates will complete a full training programme and earn a National Qualifications Framework (NQF) Level 3 Certificate upon completion.

 Purpose of the Learnership Programme

This learnership aims to equip unemployed youth with foundational technical skills in a structured, supervised environment. The programme will combine on-the-job training with theoretical learning, enabling learners to become more employable in the manufacturing, engineering, and technical sectors.

 Learnership Training Modules Include:

• Working in a team environment

• Workplace safety and compliance

• Correct use of hand tools

• Assembly and manufacturing processes

• Technical drawing and marking off

• Introduction to welding techniques

• Operating and monitoring production machinery

• Surface preparation and finishing

• Firefighting basics in an industrial context

• Operations and product dispatch processes

 Minimum Qualifications & Experience Required For The Toyota 2025 Maintenance Learnership

To qualify for this opportunity, applicants must have one of the following:

• National Technical Certificate (N3 to N6)

• Matric or Technical Matric with:

  • Mathematics & Physical Science or Engineering Science

  • Electrical Trade Theory / Mechanical Trade Theory / Motor Trade Theory

  • Mechanical Drawing or Graphic Design
