Toyota Financial Services South Africa (TFSSA) is inviting suitable candidates to apply for its Retail Insurance Learnership Programme (NQF Level 4) for the 2026 financial year.

The primary goal of this one-year programme is to create a development pipeline for key positions within the business. Minimum Requirements For The Toyota Woodmead Learnership Program

Candidates must meet the following to apply:

• Be a South African citizen with a valid SA ID

• Be younger than 30 years old

• Have completed Grade 12, plus hold one of the following qualifications:

  • BCom Economics

  • Bachelor’s in Mathematics

  • Advanced Diploma in Accounting

  • BCom in Accounting

  • Diploma/Degree in Mathematics & Statistics

  • Diploma/Degree in Quantitative Analysis

• Must not be employed

• Must not be registered for any full-time or part-time studies during the programme

• Clear credit (ITC) record and no criminal record

• Proficiency in English (read, write, speak)

• Learners must be able to attend training in Sandton, Johannesburg
