Vision Capital Academy, in partnership with leading retail and wholesale companies, invites ambitious young South Africans to apply for the Wholesale and Retail Operations Learnership (NQF Level 4).

This 12-month SETA-accredited program is designed to provide unemployed youth with a blend of practical workplace experience and theoretical training in the retail and wholesale sectors — two of South Africa’s most dynamic industries.

This is an excellent opportunity to gain a nationally recognized qualification while building valuable skills that open doors to employment in retail, wholesale, logistics, and distribution.

Key Responsibilities For The Vision Capital Academy Learnership

During the learnership, participants will:

• Gain hands-on experience in customer service, stock control, sales, merchandising, and store operations.

• Attend structured classroom-based training facilitated by Vision Capital Academy and accredited trainers.

• Demonstrate applied competence in the NQF Level 4 unit standards and core modules.

• Complete all required assignments, projects, logbooks, and assessments.

• Maintain professional conduct, punctuality, and workplace discipline in line with host employer expectations.

Minimum Requirements

• South African citizen aged 18 – 35 years.

• Grade 12 / Matric certificate (Mathematics or Maths Literacy and English preferred).

• Currently unemployed and not enrolled in another learnership or educational program.

• No qualification at NQF Level 4 or higher in Wholesale & Retail.

• Good communication skills (verbal and written).

• Willingness to learn, grow, and commit to the full 12-month program.
