Apprenticeship Programme Overview
Komatsu’s apprenticeship follows a recognized technical training pathway that combines classroom instruction with workplace learning to help participants achieve artisan status in their designated trade.

Understand and follow the official Komatsu Apprenticeship Training Programme

Maintain a strong commitment to safety protocols at all times

Master all required training modules through hands-on and theoretical learning

Participate actively in workshop tasks, teamwork, and trade-specific projects
Minimum Entry Requirements for the Komatsu Apprentice Millwright Program
Applicants must meet one of the following educational qualifications:

N3 Certificate with 4 subjects, including relevant trade theory, with a minimum D / Level 4 in both Mathematics and Physical Science

NC(V) Level 4 Certificate in Engineering & Related Design or Electrical Infrastructure Construction, with D / Level 4 in Mathematics and one technical subject

S1 level or higher, including Mathematics and Physical Science with at least a D / Level 4 symbol
