Key Responsibilities for the KONE Elevators Apprentice Program

Participate in engineering and customer solutions related projects within the elevator and escalator industry.

Assist with customer relations and ensure effective communication with clients to meet their needs.

Work collaboratively with a team of engineers and professionals to solve complex customer and technical issues.

Develop an understanding of elevator systems and escalator maintenance while receiving hands-on training.

Contribute to technical analysis and problem-solving for customer-specific solutions.

Provide support in managing customer expectations, project schedules, and quality assurance.
Qualifications and Experience:

Diploma or higher, ideally in Mechanical Engineering or an equivalent field.

30 years of age or younger.

3 years or less of work experience in a relevant field.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Understanding of customer relations and interactions.

Ability to work well in teams and communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
