 Purpose of the Sales Learnership
The primary objective of this learnership is to equip candidates with a comprehensive understanding of sales processes, merchandising, customer management, and marketing principles. Learners will gain practical exposure and skills required to grow volume, support order-taking, implement merchandising standards, and foster lasting customer relationships.
Learners will complete the National Certificate in Marketing (NQF Level 4), combining both theoretical and workplace-based learning.

As a learner, you will be exposed to various areas of the business including:

Fundamentals of Customer Care & Customer Management

Understanding Management Basics and workplace dynamics
Minimum Qualifications and Requirements

Grade 12 / Matric with:
-
Minimum 40% in Mathematics or Mathematics Literacy

Minimum 40% in two official South African languages

Diploma or Degree (preferred but not mandatory)

Driver’s License (advantageous)

Must not have completed the same qualification or learnership previously

Must be a South African citizen, aged 18-35 years

Must be unemployed at the time of appointment

Must be an Employment Equity candidate
